Hey, I'm needing help in finding out why i can only put 12 points in fire magic and then only 10 points in energy storage. I have seen builds that have 12 in both areas. I only have 170 total points and believe that I am suppose have 200. I am level 20 but have not completed all of the missions but I'm not sure if that matters. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks for any help.

level 12 takes 97 points

level 10 takes about 61 points

EDIT

2 desert quests give 15 each

minor runes are cheap and add 1 to each (11 and 13 in this case)

note runes do NOT stack

Since that last message wasn't very clear.

There are two quests in the desert that award you with 15 attribute points. I've manged to do them with henchmen, so they're not terribly hard.

a bit more detail

Start with Annelle Fipps in Destiny's gorge. Complete her quest, and it'll go from there.

For the second one, talk to Vanyi in Droknar's Forge.

To get the second 15 attribute point qwest from vanyi you must for do a different quest. Then go back to her and get the next quest and that is the one that gives u the 15 attribute points. If you have the copperhammer mines you will find it easier to start this quest from there.
